Although we are open from Tuesday to Saturday, we would like you to make an appointment for your visit. Unlike many other music shops, we are more of a “workshop” and it is very small.

 

By carefully scheduling our clients’ visits, we can better attend to your instruments and needs. Very simple, small repairs could possibly be done while you wait. If it is more time consuming or complicated, or our workload/schedule doesn’t allow, we will ask you to leave your instrument with us to be picked up later in the day or on a later date. We will give you the estimate of cost and completion time when you bring in the instrument.

Our workshop doesn’t have space for office equipment such as a computer and/or printer, etc. So please DO NOT email to make an appointment or change your appointment. We will not read your email notice till we get home.

 

On the other hand, we don’t keep our work schedule at home, therefore we cannot make an appointment from home even though you may attempt to make an appointment via email.

 

You can email us questions about repairs or products we carry, but it will be answered only after we get home. If you’d like a faster response, please call during our shop hours.

Sorry for this inconvenience but we are a somewhat old fashioned workshop!
